Delivery Policy

1. What We Deliver

All products on Vemate are digital in nature. Delivery may be in the form of:

• Downloadable files: PDFs, eBooks, templates, software, ZIP archives — accessible from your Vemate account or via a download link
• Online course access: Immediate access to course content via your Vemate dashboard
• Community/Membership access: Instant activation of your membership with access to private groups or content areas
• Coaching session: A booking confirmation with session link (Zoom/Google Meet/etc.) sent to your registered email
• Streaming content: Instant access to video/audio streams within the platform

2. Delivery Timeline

• Downloadable Products: Delivered immediately (within seconds of successful payment). A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and via email.
• Online Courses: Access is granted immediately after payment. You can begin learning from your dashboard right away.
• Community Memberships: Activated immediately. You will receive an invitation to the community within minutes.
• Coaching Sessions: A booking confirmation is sent to your email within 15 minutes of payment. The actual session takes place at the scheduled time.

3. How to Access Your Purchase

1. After successful payment, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with access details
2. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
3. All your purchases are accessible from My Purchases in your Vemate account dashboard
4. Download links remain active for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase (or as specified by the Creator)

4. Delivery Failures

If you do not receive access to your purchase within the expected timeframe:

• Check your spam/junk folder for confirmation emails
• Log in to your Vemate account and check My Purchases
• Ensure payment was successfully processed by checking your bank statement
• If the issue persists, contact us within 72 hours at support@vemate.in with your Order ID

Non-delivery due to a technical error on Vemate's platform is eligible for a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

5. Physical Shipping

Vemate does not offer physical shipping. No physical goods are sold or dispatched through this platform. If any Creator falsely represents a physical product, please report it immediately to support@vemate.in.

6. International Buyers

Digital products can be purchased by buyers from any country. However:

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment gateways may apply currency conversion fees
• Certain payment methods may not be available for international transactions
• Payouts to Creators are exclusively in INR to Indian bank accounts

7. Technical Requirements

To access your digital purchases, you will need:

• A stable internet connection
• A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• A PDF reader for eBook/document products
• Sufficient storage space for downloaded files
• A video player application for video content (if applicable)
